Jazz Haafiz Plan is part of the Hifazat Program, a financial inclusion partnership between Jazz and EFU Life. It is not a mobile voice or data tariff. It is a monthly protection bundle paid through small daily deductions from your Jazz prepaid airtime balance.
Hello Doctor acts as corporate insurance agent and provides virtual healthcare for the family on the listed tiers. Searchers often confuse Haafiz with religious content bundles. The official Jazz page frames it as insurance, income continuation, education continuation, and telehealth.

Terms & conditions
Commencement date is 00:01 on the first day of the month following premium acceptance. Claims via SMS CLAIM to 4141 or 042-111-333-033. Full policy definitions and exclusions sit on the official Haafiz Plan page. Read before you enroll.
How enrollment works
Jazz lists two entry points: call 042-111-333-033 or send an SMS to 4141. A Hello Doctor representative should contact you within 24 working hours to guide subscription. There is no simple *hash# bundle code on the public page.
Plan ahead if you need cover to start by a specific date. Policy commencement is defined as 00:01 on the first day of the month following premium acceptance after enrollment.
Tier table from Jazz

Gold: Rs 4.4 per day (about Rs 132 per month), education Rs 3,000 per month, income Rs 15,000 per month, accidental death Rs 350,000, unlimited family telehealth.
Platinum: Rs 5.98 per day (about Rs 179.4 per month), education Rs 5,000 per month, income Rs 20,000 per month, accidental death Rs 500,000, unlimited family telehealth.
All monthly figures above come from the Jazz charges table. Confirm live numbers on jazz.com.pk before you enroll.
Daily deductions on prepaid
Jazz divides the monthly premium into 30 equal daily installments charged from prepaid balance. If you miss a day because balance is low, Jazz notes that cover may be proportionately reduced yet some benefit can still apply after even one day of payment. Read the full terms on the official page before you rely on that in a crisis.
This model suits workers who recharge small amounts frequently. It hurts if you forget to top up and expect full insurance while deductions pause.
What Haafiz is not
Haafiz Plan does not give discounted Rs 3.50 per minute calls or Rs 5 per MB data. Your underlying Jazz price plan or bundles still bill separately. Think of Haafiz as a side policy on the same SIM ledger.
If you wanted only Islamic audio content, Jazz lists other VAS and content services. Haafiz here is insurance plus telehealth under EFU Life paperwork.
Claims and support
To claim, SMS CLAIM to 4141 or call 042-111-333-033. Hello Doctor should contact you with claim steps. Keep hospital and accident documentation ready. Insurance payouts follow EFU policy wording, not Jazz retail shop promises.
For grievances about insurance performance, Jazz terms point you to EFU Life and Hello Doctor. Jazz Telecom facilitates the offer but disclaims responsibility for their obligations.
Who Haafiz suits
Consider Haafiz if you want low-ticket accidental death cover and family telehealth without buying a separate desktop policy. The education and income continuation lines target households worried about school fees or lost wages after an insured event.
Compare tiers honestly. Platinum costs nearly twice Silver on a monthly basis but doubles some benefits. Pick based on premium you can sustain through daily deductions, not just headline sum assured.
Versus Haafiz Plus
Standard Haafiz focuses on accidental death plus continuation benefits and telehealth. Haafiz Plus adds major medical illness coverage on higher sum assured tiers. If you need cancer or stroke style cover, read the Haafiz Plus page. If you only want accident and income support, Haafiz base may be enough.
Common questions
Can I use telehealth without claiming? Jazz lists unlimited telehealth per month for family on each tier while the policy is active. Usage rules sit in Hello Doctor terms.
Is postpaid supported? Jazz noted postpaid launch soon on the page we sourced. Prepaid daily deductions are the live model today.
What if I port out of Jazz? Insurance portability is not the same as MNP. Ask Hello Doctor before you port whether the policy continues or cancels.
